Food distributor expands HQ, creates 70 jobs

TAMPA — Co-packing and food distribution firm Beneficial Blends LLC is expanding its presence in Tampa.

The firm plans to expand its headquarters by 24,000 square feet at 5132 Tampa West Blvd., Suite B, according to a statement. As part of the expansion, Beneficial Blends will create 70 new jobs by 2019. Those jobs, the statement says, include sales, marketing, accounting and quality control positions.

“Our growth in the last eighteen months has been tremendous due to the exciting trends in natural and organic foods,” says Erin Meagher, founder of Beneficial Blends, in the statement. “We've been able to accomplish this with talent right here in the Tampa Bay region and we're continually adding to our dynamic team.”
