PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
New York City's Beachwold Residential purchased the 200-unit Solana Vista Apartments for $22 million.

The price equated to $110,000 per unit.

The 223,974-square-foot complex occupies a 17.41-acre gated parcel. Its 13 residential buildings and a clubhouse were built in 1984. Amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness and business centers

The company controls more than 40 properties and more than 12,000 multifamily units in seven states, according to its website.

The purchase entity, BW Solana Vista LLC mortgaged the property to TH Commercial Investment Corp. for $18.7 million.
