SELLER: Audubon Joint Venture
PROPERTY: 246 and 375 Audubon Blvd., a portion of Warwick Way at the northeast corner with Audubon Boulevard and 5.78 acres of submerged land, Naples

LAW FIRM ON DEED: Bond Schoeneck & King, Naples

PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
A company led by the William and Selma Treffert Revocable Living Trust of Wisconsin purchased eight 1-acre lakeside home lots and a 6.4-acre parcel of raw land on Warwick Way for $5.4 million.

The price equated to $675,000 per lot.

The property is on the western edge of the 755-acre gated Audubon Country Club and is east of Little Hickory Bay.

Audubon Properties Inc. brokered the sale.

According to Audubon Properties, the land was planned for development 15 years ago, but the project was halted after the discovery of an eagle's nest on the site. The eagle's nest has been abandoned for the past two years, which allows for development of the site to start.
