Like hotels, hospitals on the Gulf Coast have been packed with patients this busy winter season.

Allen Weiss, CEO of NCH Healthcare System in Naples, says all that hard work deserves special recognition. In a widely distributed weekly letter, Weiss announced every employee will get a $500 check, net of taxes and deductibles, as a thank you for their efforts.
