PETERSBURG — Al Bennati, the former CEO of Buy Owner in Florida and Georgia, has hired Donna Miller, a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, to sell his home on St. Pete Beach. The waterfront custom-built home, located at 604 55th Ave. in Brightwater Beach Estates, is currently listed at $3,775,000.

“To sell a home of this magnitude, it needs to be done by a person and a company that reaches buyers of this caliber. Donna Miller and Coldwell Banker were the right choice at the right time,” said Bennati. “I was a spokesperson and co-owner of Buy Owner with my sister for over 20 years in Florida and Georgia. Selling upper end homes like mine was never the market for Buy Owner.”
