PETERSBURG — Al Bennati, the former CEO of Buy Owner in Florida and Georgia, has hired Donna Miller, a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, to sell his home on St. Pete Beach. The waterfront custom-built home, located at 604 55th Ave. in Brightwater Beach Estates, is currently listed at $3,775,000.
