AVI-SPL hires new CFO

TAMPA — Video communications company AVI-SPL has appointed Raj Dani as chief financial officer.

Dani was most recently senior vice president of corporate development for TeleTech Holdings Inc., a technology-based customer engagement company. He led the company's global corporate development activities, which included mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and investments.

Dani also held financial leadership positions with Flextronics International, Jabil Circuit Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
