Chicago-based Steelbridge Capital LLC purchased the 168,165-square-foot Pelican Bay Executive Center.

DETAILS: Pelican Bay Executive Center features two six-story buildings, a 242-space parking garage and a freestanding bank building leased to Wells Fargo. The property was 70% occupied at the time of the sale, which was driven by the departure of Health Management Associates following its acquisition by Community Health Systems. Tenants include Fischer International Systems Corp., Hahn Loeser and NewsBank.

5. $32.5 million — vacant land adjacent to Calusa Pines Golf Club
Bonita Springs-based WCI Communities Inc. purchased about 205 acres adjacent to Calusa Pines Golf Club for $32.5 million.

DETAILS: The residential company acquired the property to create a master-planned development on the site. WCI Communities says it is in the planning process for the community and didn't divulge additional details. Calusa Pines Golf Club is a private 18-hole golf course designed by Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry.
