Alliance Partners HSP LLC purchased the real estate of the 39-story Tampa City Center in two deeded transactions totaling $117.73 million.

LOCATION: 107-201 N. Franklin St., Tampa
PURCHASE DATE: Oct. 29

TRANSACTION AGENTS: Mike Davis, Rick Brugge, David Meline and Michael Lerner of Cushman & Wakefield
PRICE PER SQUARE FOOT: $157 ($171 including nontaxable intangibles)
PREVIOUS PRICE: $87.8 million, September 2006
