Burger 21 expands to Pa. with 25th location

TAMPA - Burger 21, owned by Tampa-based The Melting Pot Restaurants Inc., signed its first franchise agreement in Pennsylvania, making it the eighth state to house the brand. The Cranberry Township, Pa., location will be the restaurant's 25th, according to a news release.
