PLANS, DESCRIPTION: An investor group, led by broker Randy Thibaut, and the Light-Pirron family purchased 38.76 acres of vacant land north of Daniels Parkway for a combined $1.6 million.

The price equated to $41,280 per acre.

“At this point that property was just purchased for a long-term hold,” says Kelli Eastman-Billings, sales manager for Thibaut's Land Solutions Inc. She says the buyers were primarily attracted by the location.
