Citicorp exec pleads guilty

TAMPA — A former vice-president at Citcorp Services Inc., who enjoyed Tampa Bay Buccaneers games at company expense, has pleaded guilty to wire fraud, according to a release from U.S. Attorney Robert E. O'Neill.
