Shaw names new COO

BONITA SPRINGS — Shaw Development named Raytheon veteran Lane Morlock as chief operating officer of the manufacturing company.

Privately held Shaw Development makes fluid systems for heavy duty vehicles in construction and the military. The company has offices in Bonita Springs and Liege, Belgium.

Morlock most recently was site operations executive for Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems. Prior to Raytheon, he was with General Motors for 14 years, including a three-year assignment in China. After returning to the U.S., he spent another two years working on a Toyota-GM joint venture, in both manufacturing and engineering.
