Lennar buying 227 lots in Fiddler's Creek community

Fiddler's Creek LLC has agreed to sell 227 single-family and coach home sites in the master-planned Fiddler's Creek development to Lennar Corp.

Lennar plans to start construction on the sites soon, beginning with the village of Millbrook within the Aviamar section in Fiddler's Creek. It also plans to develop Runway Bay, a neighborhood of 98 single-family homes along The Creek Course in the Naples development's Marsh Cove section.

The agreement represents the company's first purchases in the community. Terms were not disclosed.
