BRANDON -- Saladworks, a fresh salad restaurant franchise, will open a new location in Brandon in mid-2012.
Calvin and Felicia Rucker will operate the location. The two have signed a three-store franchise agreement with Saladworks, although no plans have yet been set for subsequent openings.
John Scardapane, CEO at Saladworks, says expanding beyond its home state of Pennsylvania is “an integral part of our growth plan.”
