PUNTA GORDA -- Deep Creek Community Church Inc. bought an 18,188-square-foot church in Punta Gorda for $1.5 million.
Deep Creek bought the property from Assemblies of God Loan Fund, according to Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, which represented the seller. Riverside Professional Services represented the buyer.
The church, which sits on 9.77 acres of land, was renovated in 2005.
