Cline to operate Fleming's

TAMPA — Mark Cline has become the new operating partner at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, according to a company statement. He formerly was operating partner at the Fleming's steakhouse in Orlando.

Earlier, Cline worked as a chef for 12 years. He joined the Brio Tuscan Grille in Orlando's Mall of Millennia as managing partner after moving to the city in 2001. In 2009, he opened a new Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Orlando.

In Tampa, Cline now works with chef partner Ryan Mitchell at Fleming's, located on West Boy Scout Boulevard. Cline plans to focus on building the restaurant's clientele through long-term customer relationships.
