RNC delegates get hotels

TAMPA BAY — The Committee on Arrangements for the 2012 Republican National Convention has announced hotel assignments for its official delegates.

Delegates from 50 states, the District of Columbia and five U.S. territories will stay in 36 hotels in the Tampa Bay area during the Aug. 27-30 convention, according to a press release. See below for a complete list.

Convention CEO William Harris said organizers will also charter 300 buses to shuttle delegates, media and other guests from their hotels to the Tampa Bay Times Forum, where the convention is being held, and the Tampa Convention Center, which will be set up as a media workspace for the event.
