Forensics firm grows to Detroit

LUTZ — Armstrong Forensic Engineers opened an office in Detroit this month, expanding its national network of offices to four locations, including operations in Tampa, Chicago and Austin, Texas.

Brian Weaver and Steven Rundell will head the company's new Detroit operations as director of biomechanics and senior consultant, respectively.

Jeffery Armstrong is the founder and president of Armstrong Forensic Engineers. The company's Lutz headquarters are located at 104 Myrtle Ridge Road. As a private firm, Armstrong does not disclose its revenues or employee totals, but lists a staff of 10 executives and senior consultants on its website.
