There's an app for that property

Pretty soon, there'll be an app for everything.

The latest mobile-phone application comes from Barbara Watt, the Century 21 Sunbelt broker in Cape Coral.

Watt's iAgent21 app, downloadable free at the iTunes store, lets users view and search listings on an iPhone or iPad. Based on the parameters you enter, listings appear with maps and other details. Searches can be saved for later.

Watt is currently working on similar apps for the Blackberry and Droid smart phones.
