As bankruptcy cases go, the Robb & Stucky reorganization is on the fast track and more closely resembles a liquidation.
The Fort Lauderdale law firm of Berger Singerman will auction the assets of the upscale furniture retailer on March 7. Fort Myers-based Robb & Stucky filed for bankruptcy reorganization on Feb. 18.
U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Caryl Delano in Tampa will then hold a hearing regarding the auction on March 8.
