RMC Property Group moves to Carrollwood Corporate Center

RMC Property Group has completed its renovation of Carrollwood Corporate Center and relocated its corporate headquarters to the building. The Tampa real estate firm purchased the 21,422-square-foot building at 8902 N. Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa in December for $900,000.

RMC Property Group has moved into the 10,000-square-foot second floor of the building. The firm previously leased about 7,000 square feet in a Fletcher Avenue building. Prior to its move, the company gutted the second floor and redeveloped it.

“We do business all over Tampa Bay, so being right on Dale Mabry puts us in the center of town,” says Mitchell Rice, CEO. “We love it; it's a brand new space in a 20-year-old building.”
