Daniel Peek leads new HFF office

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP, a Miami-based capital markets services firm for commercial real estate, has a new office in Tampa, but the man heading it has been around a while.

Daniel Peek, senior managing director for HFF, has been associated with the Miami office since joining the firm nearly three years ago but has largely worked remotely from this area. He previously was a co-founder and managing director of Regent Street, an affiliate of Tampa-based Plasencia Group, a boutique firm specializing in sale, financing and advisory services for distinctive hotels and resorts throughout the Americas.

“We look forward to adding key personnel to our Tampa office to better serve our local, regional and national clients as well as enhance our regional and national platform,” Peek states in a release.
