Lennar buys 96 lots for $2.8M

NAPLES — Lennar Homes LLC bought 96 single-family lots located within the Copper Cove Preserve community in Naples for $2.8 million. Lennar plans to build homes on each of those lots, a release says.

Copper Cove Preserve is located one mile south of US 41, in southern Collier County. New construction within the community is listed for between $249,900 and $329,900 on the Copper Cove website.

Colonial Homes Inc. sold the homes to Lennar. Land Solutions, led by president Randy Thibaut and broker William Rollins, represented Colonial in the sale.
