Car buffs had a hard time passing up the opportunity for a tour of comedian Jay Leno's garage.

The tour of the comedy star's collection of vintage cars was one of the items auctioned by The Immokalee Foundation in November. Leno's garage is as famous as his late-night show. It measures 17,000 square feet and includes cars ranging from Duesenbergs to McLarens.

The auction winner was Joe Zednik, who bid $20,000 for the opportunity. Zednik is the CEO of Lakeshore Trading LLC in Bonita Springs.

The Leno-garage lot was part of the foundation's auction, which raised $1.2 million for needy people in Immokalee, a farming town in eastern Collier County.
