TAMPA — Dale Reid will resign from his position as chief risk officer at Florida Bank Group Inc., according to a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission. His resignation will officially take effect Feb. 25.

The filing says Reid is leaving the bank to pursue other employment opportunities, and that his departure was not the result of any disagreement.

Reid came to Florida Bank Group from Regions Financial Corp. in February of last year. In July, he took over the responsibilities of former chief credit officer Katie Pemble when she left the firm to become president at Community Bank of Manatee.
