Express Dental bought out

TAMPA — One Call Medical, a New Jersey-based service provider to insurance payers, acquired Express Dental Care, a Tampa company with 150 employees.

Buying Express Dental adds dental claims management to the portfolio of services One Call offers to its insurance paying and adjusting clients. Express Dental is the only national dental network that focuses on workers' compensation, auto, and liability industries.

Bill Colacurcio, a vice president with One Call, said the deal would not negatively impact the firm's Tampa workforce. Instead, Colacurcio said, the company's aggressive growth goals might soon necessitate additional hiring in the near future.
