OnCall Staffing comes to Tampa

WESLEY CHAPEL — OnCall Staffing, a Jacksonville-based staffing firm, will open an office in Wesley Chapel. Regional director Victoria Henrich will head the new operation.

OnCall appears to be getting the most out of its small staff: CEO Michael Rolewicz says the company earned $15 million in 2010 with a staff of seven employees in its Jacksonville headquarters, with 131% average annual growth in business from 2007 to 2009.

Henrich is a former OnCall employee, having worked with the company from 2002 until 2005, when she left to start a family. She will lead a staff of four in 2011.
