E.L. Fox buys into Tony Sacco's

FORT MYERS -- E.L. Fox and Lori Vitello-Summers bought Tony Sacco's Coal Oven Pizza's Fort Myers location.

Tony Sacco, Chuck Senetore and George Kurajian created Tony Sacco's in Estero in 2008, and began selling franchises a year later. Today the company operates 18 locations.

Fox, one half of the buying partnership, is president of Fox Electronics, a company with $25 million in revenues. The Fort Myers-based firm builds oscillation controllers for microprocessors; its annual revenues grew nearly 9% last year. The company employs roughly 60 workers, and was featured in an August issue of the Gulf Coast Business Review (see “The Heartbeat of Technology,” Aug. 11).
