Franklin Street leases three

TAMPA -- Franklin Street signed each of a trio of clients to new lease agreements in August, highlighting a set of growing companies that are having an impact on the Gulf Coast economy through expansion. The agreements are as follows:

• Best Buy Mobile signed a five-year lease for 2,500 square feet of space at Carrollwood Commons, at 15028 N. Dale Mabry Hwy.;

• Scrubs N Stuff leased 3,484 square feet of space at Carrollwood Commons for five years; and
