TAMPA — NexGen Benefits, a Sarasota-based employee benefits brokerage firm, will combine with Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners LLC, a risk management and insurance broker based in Tampa.
While financial terms were not disclosed, NexGen's JS Gasgon will be adopting the branding of Baldwin Krystyn Sherman, which has more than 50 colleagues in four offices, a release says.
Baldwin Krystyn Sherman operates in Tampa, Atlanta, Naples and Sarasota.
