Rose starts Manatee reports

You would be hard-pressed to find anyone with better knowledge of the Tampa Bay homebuilding market than Marvin Rose.

The Tarpon Springs-based homebuilding market tracker has followed builders in Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties since 1979. It's fair to say that Rose has an encyclopedic knowledge of the housing market in the tri-county area that builders would do well to mine.

The publisher of Rose Residential Reports is now expanding into Manatee County, providing shrewd builders with the same kind of market data he's been providing further north for more than 30 years.

If only builders could persuade Rose to expand further south to Sarasota, Lee and Collier counties, they'd be well served on the Gulf Coast.
