TMF 1 LLC purchased the 20-unit Sherwood Arms apartments at 2729 Fourth St. S., St. Petersburg for $365,000.
The price equated to $18,250 per unit.
Michael Regan, Francesco Carriera and Nicholas Meoli of the Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services handled the transaction.
The property was a structured short sale and an all-cash transaction, Meoli says in a press release.
