Bonita Bay sells TwinEagles

The Bonita Bay Group sold TwinEagles, a 1,115-acre master-planned community in Naples, to The Ronto Group and Angelo, Gordon and Co. for $11 million.

TwinEagles residents supported the sale, as evidenced in comments issued by Rhonda Gross, chairman of the TwinEagles Focus Group. “Our members are very pleased with the financial strength of Angelo, Gordon & Co. and the vision that The Ronto Group shares for TwinEagles,” Gross said in a release.

With the purchase, The Ronto Group and Angelo, Gordon and Co. acquire all common areas and available real estate, two championship golf courses, a 47,000 square-foot clubhouse, and a golf academy facility.

Based in Naples, The Ronto Group is a family-owned company that has been in business since 1967.
