Pinellas County's soon to be former environmental management director, Will Davis, whose position is to be eliminated as part of county budget cuts, is now the interim director of risk management.

Out of a job is Risk Management Director Beth Wininger, who according to the St. Pete Times, was forced to resign the $114,000 a year post “due to leadership issues.” The Times article states that Davis had been paid $137,000 a year, but “doesn't have much, if any, insurance background.”
