Transamerica Financial Advisors Inc. added Shawn Mihal as vice president and chief compliance officer effective today, a release said.
He comes to Transamerica directly from a six-year stint as CCO for Cincinnati-based Great American Advisors.
Mihal is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals, and holds a series of securities licenses issued by the U.S. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
