One of Oragenics Inc.'s biopharmaceutical products, EvoraPlus, an oral care probiotic, will now be sold in GNC stores.

Additionally, Oragenics' youth-focused oral care product, called EvoraKids, will be sold in GNC's concept stores, according to a release.

Both products represent commercialized forms of ProBiora3, a combination of beneficial bacteria developed by Oragenics' chief scientific officer, Dr. Jeffrey Hillman, over 25 years.

Oragenics Inc. is based in Tampa. In July, the company worked with the Koski Family Limited Partnership to improve its capitalization. In June, the National Science Foundation awarded the firm a $500,000 grant.
