Integrated to buy Cross Creek

Integrated Freight Corp., a Lakewood Ranch-based trucking company, announced it would soon acquire Cross Creek Trucking Inc., a company based in Medford, Ore. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Cross Creek generated $28 million in revenue in 2009, and has been serving Oregon and other West Coast states since 1989.

Earlier this month, Integrated completed its purchase of Bruenger Trucking Co., a Wichita-based firm. Because that transaction was expected to push Integrated revenues above the $60 million mark, this latest deal might make Integrated a $90 million-a-year company in 2011.
