Ultramatics names new CEO

Ultramatics, a Tampa-based business software firm, named Sri Sridharan its new CEO. Sridharan will focus on expanding the company's “geographic footprint,” a release said.

A former executive with IBM, Sridharan has experience with helping startups grow. He worked with Virginia-based ServiceNet in the late 1990s, before the company sold to Accenture.

Ultramatics specializes in business process automation and integration. The company appeared at the Florida Venture Forum seeking investment capital in 2007.
