Kleiber, DeVito reshuffle

Sarasota-based real estate agency Kleiber DeVito has closed, but the company's key players do not intend to leave the marketplace anytime soon.

Jon Kleiber will join James Buchanan Realty, which is headquartered at 50 Central Ave. in downtown Sarasota, the Business Review has learned. Additionally, colleague Terry Eastman will make the same move.

Representing the other half of the old firm's namesake, Nick DeVito has joined the team at Ian Black Real Estate in Sarasota.
