Solamatrix bought by Madico

Solamatrix Inc., a St. Petersburg-based window film manufacturer and distributor, was acquired by Madico Inc., a similarly focused business based in Massachusetts.

“Our range of product offerings will increase,” said David Fletcher, CEO at Solamatrix, of the change in ownership.

A pair of Asian business entities, Globamatrix Holdings Pte Ltd and Southern Capital Group, managed Solamatrix prior to this most recent sale. Now, Solamatrix leadership will report to just one Asian ownership group, as Madico is owned by Lintec Corp., a Japanese company.
