SinoFresh gets new CEO, chair

SinoFresh HealthCare Inc. named Thomas Fitzgerald its new chairman, and David Olund as the firm's new president and CEO today. The pair replaces Charles Fust, who previously held both positions.

Based in Venice, SinoFresh manufactures and distributes nasal, oral, and topical anti-septic products.

Fitzgerald has more than 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, advising several early-stage and turnaround companies throughout his career. Most notably, he has worked in the past with the University of Rochester and the Scripps Institute. Fitzgerald has been a SinoFresh board member since 2008.
