Watson joins Chico's board

Chico's FAS Inc. added Stephen Watson to its board of directors. Watson is the former president and CEO of Gander Mountain Co., an outdoor sports retailer.

Previously, Watson held several high-level executive positions with Dayton Hudson Corp. during his time with the company, between 1973 and 1996. He was previously CEO of Dayton Hudson Department Stores Co., as well as president of Dayton Hudson Corp.

Watson also serves on the boards of Regis Corp., a salon franchising company, and Kohl's Corp., a clothing retailer.
