Carlton Fields expands team

Nine attorneys from Buchanan, Ingersoll, & Rooney joined the Health Care practice group at Carlton Fields last week.

James J. Kennedy III headlines the incoming group. Kennedy worked for Carlton Fields 18 years ago as a shareholder. He has been certified by the Florida Bar as a health law specialist.

Linda Fleming is a transactional attorney who works as corporate counsel with several Florida businesses. Her legal advice has impacted more than $1.5 billion worth of business transactions.
