PLANS, DESCRIPTION: RP Properties of SRQ purchased a 9,880-square-foot warehouse building for $700,000.

The price equated to $71 per square foot.

Jorge Resendiz, who owns Bradenton-based Diplomat Taxi, is the principal behind RP Properties of SRQ LLC. Resendiz did not return calls for comment. His Diplomat Airport Transportation Inc. operates from 5421-A E. 15th St., which is near the warehouse.

The building was originally built in 1997 and occupies a 3.76-acre site.

RP Properties of SRQ LLC mortgaged the property to the former owner Davi Plaza Inc. for $490,000 and to First National Bank of Arizona for $450,000.
