Florida's jobless rate has decreased for the first time in more than four years.
The state's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for April 2010 is 12.0 percent, down 0.3 percentage points from the previous month. Out of a labor force of 9,282,000, roughly 1,113,000 are without jobs.
