Plasma-Therm leases facility

Plasma-Therm LLC has signed a 10-year lease for a new office, warehouse, and manufacturing facility in St. Petersburg. Located at 9900 18th North St., the facility covers 23,850 square feet.

The company was the subject of a Coffee Talk article in 2009 shortly after it was purchased from its Swiss holding company by management. At that time, the company generated average annual revenues between $35 million and $40 million, and had 75 employees.

Plasma-Therm was represented by Bill Alton, president of NAI Tampa Bay's industrial division, in the deal.
