FishHawk Ranch ranked nationally

At a time when real estate agents are clamoring for just about any sale that will close without complications these days, one home development in the Tampa Bay area has received special recognition as one of the nation's top-selling master planned communities.

Newland Communities' FishHawk Ranch, east of Tampa, has been included on the latest annual ranking by Robert Charles Lesser & Co., a real estate advisory firm based in Washington, D.C. FishHawk Ranch was also one of five Newland neighborhoods making this year's prestigious list.

“It is very rewarding to be among the top 15, and to be the only community in Florida is particularly gratifying,” says Rick Harcrow, senior vice president of operations for San Diego-based Newland. He credits strong sales at FishHawk Ranch to its variety of home styles, amenities and top-rated schools.
