PLANS, DESCRIPTION: The Alliance Group of Tampa Bay VIII LLC, headed by Armando Flores and Armando Flores III, purchased a 25,500-square-foot commercial building off Ulmerton Road for $1.18 million. The purchase price equated to $46 per square foot.

The building features 15 office/warehouse suites averaging 1,700 square feet each.

Matt Shaw and Armando Flores III of Prudential Commercial Real Estate handled the transaction.

The purchase entity The Alliance Group of Tampa Bay VIII LLC mortgaged the property to former owner Norrie Gateway LLC for $750,000.
