Hoeper joins TRC

The board of directors at Clearwater-based Technology Research Corp. has added Paul J. Hoeper to its numbers, a release said.

Since February 2001, Hoeper has worked as a technology-focused business consultant, following a military career marked by two recent leadership positions: three years as Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology, and prior service as Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for International and Commercial Programs.

“His knowledge and expertise in defense technology applications will be invaluable as we continue to grow our military business,” said TRC CEO Owen Farren of the company's latest addition.

Technology Research Corp. (symbol: TRC) recently reported a record-breaking net income for its 2010 fiscal year.
