Local CFO resigns

Thomas Archbold, the chief financial officer of Clearwater-based Technology Research Corp., will resign from his position June 24. The company's president and CEO, Owen Farren, will serve as interim CFO while the company searches for a replacement.

Archbold leaves the company on a high note: TRC posted record-breaking net income in its most recent fiscal year.

Technology Research Corp. designs, manufactures and distributes power management and control systems, including battery systems and electrical safety products. It has commercial and military clients.
